AND UGLINESS NEWTON
All or almost have an Apple product, it is iPhone, iPad, Macbook etc.
All of us at least once we have seen at first hand the bitten apple.
But how and ‘he born one of the most famous logos in the world?
You have to take a step back, until 1977, when Steve Jobs Chairman of the new company (1 April 1976) would change the logo of the company, because ‘it felt incredibly bad, the logo in question depicted an apple tree and Isaac Newton.
Comes the graphic Rob Janoff.
Jobs decided to turn to Rob Janoff he strongly appreciated, the first design was the bitten apple, and Jobs himself to explain later why ‘of that choice, in fact the apple as a biblical symbol, the sin of Eve, was the representation of an anti conformist company like Apple.
The logo was originally monochrome, but Jobs, wanted him polychromatic, as’ the company was about to launch the first PC with color interface, the legendary Apple II.
Then janof inspired by the colored bands that ran on the monitor, the colors inserted horizontally, to symbolize the rainbow.
The rainbow logo, remained in vogue until 1998, after Apple decided to return to monochrome.
It ‘s amazing to see how the genius of jobs, is present throughout the history of the apple, even in the purely artistic.
